We're a small family biz who are keen to share some wellbeing

and healthy living with our community.

Our outdoor wood fired sauna gives a unique and immersive experience that combines the heat of a traditional sauna with the chill of cold water therapy. 
We want people to unplug for an hour or so in a beautiful countryside location and leave with their bodies and brains feeling fresher.
There's so much 'stuff' going on in today's society that taking an hour to help you be the best version of you is super important.
